How to send money
Once done… collect the money count it and send us the amount via cheque and attach with the Event income sheet

Also please put your Name Address Telephone and event on the back of cheque. Please fill in the event income sheet so we can track the name event etc. We strongly recommend that you send the cheque and income sheet via recorded delivery so you can track the delivery and ensure it does not get lost in the post without you knowing. This does happen every now and again and is very frustrating for those involved.
