We’re looking for 20 runners to join us for the Manchester 10K Challenge. We’re also looking to build a community of diehard runners to join us for a series of exciting marathon challenges.

The Manchester 10K is the UK’s second biggest running event and attracts participants from all over the world.
This iconic, 26.2-mile, long-distance marathon starts on Portland Street and continues down the A56 towards Old Trafford and finishes on Great Bridgewater Street.
From the minute you sign up our Challenges team will support you every step of the way, from training through to the actual marathon, where you’ll also experience some good, old-fashioned Mancunian support from start to finish.
The registration fee includes:
• Entrance to the marathon
• A Human Appeal hoodie and T-shirt.
Cost excludes
• Drinks
• Personal equipment
• Insurance (for cancellation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects).
• Additional tours and meals that are not mentioned.

Human Appeal has been helping supporters to sponsor orphans for over 30 years. Currently, our supporters are sponsoring over 19,000 orphans across nine countries.
We’ve witnessed how one sponsorship can change a whole future, and we’ve learnt to develop a programme that puts the child’s needs first. All our work is overseen by our child protection specialist, who ensures that children are never put at further risk.
