Have You Got What It Takes?
Manchester Marathon

10 April 2016

Flat
Hit the streets running. Sign up for ‘the UK’s flattest, fastest, friendliest marathon.' This super-fast race attracts a lively, supportive crowd. Plus there’s a glorious finish at Emirates, Old Trafford, with medals and t-shirts awarded to all finishers. This will be the 40th marathon since the very first race back in 1908. So come on. Make history with us!
The cause – children born in crisis
Whether born into poverty, conflict zones or areas of natural disaster, too many of the world’s children are born in crisis. They know nothing of the joys of a normal childhood. Their lives are shattered and it’s up to each and every one of us to help put the pieces back together. By taking the challenge, you’ll be helping to do just that.
Other ways to enjoy the day:
You don’t have to run the full marathon to take the challenge. Here are two other great ways to have fun with your friends while raising money for a great cause.
