Qawwali Concert By The Hussain Brothers

LAFZ Magazine and ISRA Books are proud to present an exclusive performance by the well-known Qawwali group, the Hussain Brothers Ensemble.

To celebrate the release of a new book featuring English translations of works by the poet Sir Allama Muhammad Iqubal, the Hussain Brothers Ensemble will be performing the poems in their original language, backed by traditional Sufi music.

The new book by Professor M.S Baqa contains 12 poems translated into English, and supported by the original Urdu text transliterated into Roman characters. Professor Baqa is the greatest living authority on the poet Sir Allama Muhammad Iqubal.

The Muslim Lifestyle Exhibition 2016 takes place at Manchester’s Event City, minutes from Manchester’s bustling city centre, and next to the Intu Trafford Centre, one of the biggest shopping venues in Britain.
