Umrah Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: human Appeal UK. Registered Charity No. 1154288. Registered office address: Human Appeal, 1 Carrs Road, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 2BL. 
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom ages 18 years and over. 
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 28th June 2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 
11. The winner will be notified by email and telephone call within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Human Appeal reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. 
13. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.  
16. Human Appeal reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
17. The winner must claim their prize by contacting Ibadah tours Ltd or Human Appeal up to a maximum of 14 days after the winner is announced.
18. The package includes hotel stay for a double room if its a Male and Female who are travelling and a quad room if it is Male on travelling. The latter option can also be changed to a double room depending on availability of rooms. 
19. Full transfers are included. Breakfast will be included. Guided tours with an english speaking tour guide are included. Visa acquisition for both passengers are included. Return flights are also included.
20. This voucher is only redeemable with Ibadah tours.
21. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
22. Airline and standard Ibadah tours Ltd terms and conditions apply.
23. Booking must be made 3 months in advance of departure date. The booking will be for one of our upcoming group tours travelling to Umrah only. If we feel that they can accommodate the winners for a certain date of travel the winners must make arrangements in order to accept our policy, we will however be notifying the winner at least 2 months in advance of departure dates.
24. This voucher must be redeemed by December 2018.
25. Blackout dates include all school holidays in the UK and the month of Ramadan - Unless we have availability for these peak dates the winners must understand that the prize is for off peak dates.
26. The winner will receive an Umrah trip for two people, which has been donated by Ibadah tours.
